Frequently Asked Questions
-
Everyone is welcome. Grit & Grace was created as a faith-centered community where everyone can come as they are, grow together, and feel encouraged in mind, body, and spirit.
-
No. While Grit & Grace is rooted in the Christian faith, everyone is welcome to attend. Our community is centered on the belief that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that God exists as the triune Godhead—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, three in one. Everything we do is grounded in faith, community, worship, and growing together in Christ-like love.
You do not have to share our beliefs to attend, and we strive to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels respected, encouraged, and included.
-
All fitness levels are welcome. Whether you’re just beginning your wellness journey or have years of experience, our goal is to create an encouraging environment, not a comparison-driven one.
-
We host faith-centered workout experiences, community meetups, outreach opportunities, volunteer initiatives, and collaborative events focused on growing spiritually, physically, and relationally while serving and strengthening our community together.
-
Some events are free, while others may require registration or a small fee depending on the venue, materials, or experience provided. Pricing details will always be listed in advance.
At every gathering/event, there may also be opportunities to give toward our mission as we continue saving for a future brick-and-mortar community space—a place where people can gather regularly for worship, movement, connection, and community.
